How to Request Reviews from your Customers

  1. Log into Homebase.

  2. In the left-hand menu under Performance, click the Reputation Manager tab.

  3. Within Reputation Manager, go to Reviews, click the Generation tab.

  4. Click Send Invites, then select Send Single Invite.

  5. Choose the entity (location/business) you want the customer to review. 

  6. Enter the customer’s contact details, including their Email or SMS (phone number).

  7. Click Send Invite.
