Homebase captures all the leads generated on your Cyncly Website in one place. This makes it easy to review customer details and track leads so that nothing ever falls through the cracks. This page gives an overview of all the different lead types.
Web Forms
Web Form Leads are generated when a customer fills out their information and submits a form on your website. There are different types of Web Forms including Request an Estimate, Contact, Product Details, and Promos. All Web Form leads contain basic customer details:
- Postal / Zip Code
- Preferred Location
- Comment
- Form Category
- Traffic Source / Medium
- URL
They may also contain additional details such as favorited products, advertising campaign, and more.
Phone Calls
Phone Call Leads include calls from your website and calls from ads. In addition to basic customer information, they include both a recording and transcription of the conversation.
Web2Text Chats
Web2Text Leads are created whenever a customer initiates a new Web2Text chat conversation on your website. They include a record of the text message exchange, as well as the last product a customer viewed on your website.
Sample Orders
Sample Order Leads are created when a customer orders sample swatches from your website product catalog. They include details about the specific products ordered, and shipping and tracking information, making it easy to follow up with customers as soon as they receive their order.
Visualization
There are a number of different types of Visualization Leads.
- AI Showroom - These are created when a customer uses the AI Showroom module on your website and asks to be connected with a designer.
- Web Flooring Visualizer - Generated when a customer saves their visualization using the Flooring Visualizer on your website.
- Kiosk - Created when a customer uses your in-store Visualizer Kiosk and saves their designs.
FIBI Chats
FIBI Leads are generated when a customer interacts with the FIBI AI Chatbot on your website and provides their name and contact information. These include a record of the conversation as well as a summary.
Sample Checkouts
If you use Samples App, any time you add a customer who is checking out samples from your showroom, it will automatically create a lead in Homebase. Sample Checkout Leads include customer information, which location they checked out from, salesperson, and product details.
