Homebase has a direct integration that allows users to automatically sync their leads to Retail Lead Management (RLM) as soon as they come in. This short guide will walk through the steps to enable this integration.
Before You Begin
- You will need to get your Pipeline API Key from RLM, which requires submitting a support request.
- Please note that Homebase does not send phone calls to RLM to avoid creating duplicates and leads with very little details (many phone call leads only have phone number and no other information). All other leads types are sent to RLM.
- Log into Homebase.
- In the left-hand menu, under Performance click on Lead Settings.
- On the Integrations tab, find the RLM integration and toggle it on.
- Paste your Pipeline API Key.
- Click Save.
