Overview
The RLM integration automatically sends leads captured in Homebase into RLM (Retail Lead Management). Homebase syncs back the Lead status of Won when the lead in RLM is updated to Sale and includes the Sale amount.
Prerequisites
- An active RLM pipeline and the Pipeline API Key from that pipeline's settings in RLM. An API key is tied to one pipeline only.
- Locations already set up on both sides (Homebase locations and RLM locations), so they can be mapped to each other.
Setup Steps
- Go to Performance → Leads Settings → Integrations
- Toggle on the RLM card
- Enter the Pipeline API Key. Copy it from that pipeline's settings inside RLM. Homebase checks the key against the selected pipeline and confirms once it's valid (“Key confirmed for [pipeline]”).
- Map your locations. Click Edit Location Mappings and match each Homebase location to its corresponding RLM location. Any Homebase location left unmapped will use the RLM pipeline's default location.
- Click Done, then Save. The RLM integration is now active for this account.
